Randstad is searching for a skilled and accomplished Continuous Improvement Project Coordinator who possesses a keen eye for detail and excels in their field. About your new role

The Continuous Improvement Project Coordinator will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive health and safety change management plans to support the adoption of practices and procedures across the College.

What you will need to exceed

• Apply advanced change models (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci) tailored for complex technical/academic settings.
• Develop risk registers that anticipate and mitigate structural and capability gaps proactively.
• Successfully navigate institutional complexity, building strong cross-level relationships to ensure supported and practical future-state adoption.
• Demonstrate documented success delivering multi-year structural and cultural change projects in a large technical/STEM environment.
• Proactively influence and drive the adoption of new practices, ensuring high institutional buy-in.

Must have

• Demonstrated experience in change management practices and processes
• Experience working within large, complex environments
